  • Women:what motivates you during TOM?

    just curious what every one does for exercise during TOM...I am having a hard time moving around....I just feel so bloated and lazy....I just want to sleep....
    Care to share any tips or tricks that will entice you to exercise when your feeling sluggish?

    Actually forcing yourself to take a nice outdoor walk or one on a track somewhere...Or on a treadmill, helps me quite a bit. I know its hard to get started but once you do, you feel much better.

      I actually take three days off during that time until I feel better

          I find being part of an exercise challenge makes me do at least 'some' exercise
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            Yep, I'm with Elizellen - challenges are great motivation. I tend to find exercise a great pain relief.

            I do exercise dvds, kickboxing, maybe some running. I might take it a bit easier on the first day though.

              Great question.
              I also find that the fact that I have to keep on schedule with my challenges (especially the ones Alexa runs because she is quite stringent )
              So I get some stuff done. There may be one day in there where I do take it a bit easier but I try to do some everyday. I know it makes me feel better in the end.

              Push-ups: 450/800
              Abs: 850/1900
              Squats: 650/1200
              Lunges: 500/1000
              Strength: 490/1200
              Running: 50/100 km

                  Taking some time out of your schedule for exercise will help your body recuperate, and help you lose any bloat! JUST DO IT Feel better soon! <3
