  • induction and exercise , can't sleep!

    I've been on induction for 5 days now. hunger ...no more, energy ... phenomenal. so great I can't even sleep. Exersice in the morning on an empty stomach. I run about 45 min. I have lost a few lbs because my jeans are looser. I wasn't gonna weight myself until next sunday. But.. today I barely woke up felt like a bus ran me over... I was sooo tierd. whatever, drank my coffee and out the door. I did my usual workout... barely. I was holding on to the rails for dear life. Had my breakfast and on to school. Still tierd, when I got home I was like a zoombie. So i ate cereal, later an apple with yogurt , later a bar and them oatmeal. I really did't mean to get of the wagon but I felt like my body need it. I am 15 lbs ago from goal so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it . I read other people workout and they don't have a problem. Also, my right eye has been jumping (a nerve) inside for the past week. I read it's got something to do with stress but I 'm not having any problems at the moment other than all this. I'm wondering if I may be putting to much stress in my body? has anyone expirince this? any thoughts? btw tomorrow, right back on the wagon . Going to train hard with weights to use up the carbs and get into keto. Thanx.

    Are you eating enough fat? and your daily veggie carbs?
    At some point when the sugar has burned out we turn to fat burning or ketosis. We may feel a bit down right then but as soon as fatburing get going - it all is great. Of course now you ate loads of carbs and you have to work that out of your system again.

      your twitch and fatigue todasy could be from low potassium. Many inducttes have trouble getting enough if they make poor food choices.
      you can plug your foods into something like fitday.com and then read the reports section and see how your vits and minerals are.

      Make the next bite Atkins induction and just keep going cause you can't get back the days you already did. then on your orginal day 15 move to OWL and add even more of those healthy induction veggies up to 5 net grams of carbs worth.

        I've noticed that if I don't have enough fat in my diet I get very tired. I'm on day 26 now and doing extended induction.
