Hey everyone! I'm into my 3rd week of Atkins and doing great. For the first week I followed the diet perfectly and lost about 6lbs. That was the big drop when you first start. Now I am not so careful. I eat less than 20carbs a day still but I eat some of that low carb candy (which is wonderful, by the way) and an occasional thing I don't think I am supposed to eat. (Like yesterday we went out to the Texas Roadhouse and I had a steak and salted peanuts). Yet I am still loosing, just a lot slower, which I don't mind. I started out at 163lbs and am down to 152.

It sounds like you're making great progress and you know what you are doing. If you cheat, don't spend time feeling guilty, just move on as it would be more beneficial to you.
