  • Out to Dairy Queen with the family....I caved!!

Okay, Okay, I was trying to do the whole month thing with no cheating. It was just too much. We met some extended family at Dairy Queen. I wasn't going to get anything and then a carmel, fudge, pecan combination pulled me in! :anger :anger :anger

I only at 1/3 of it and boy did I pay for it. I felt horribly sick to my stomach the rest of the evening!! That was enough to stop me from doing it again! Was it worth it? Nope. Although it tasted soooo gooood! :yes

An extra workout on my elliptical and I am back on track. Women and chocolate. just something about it... ensive

Why didn't you get something like a burger and skip the bun? If you didn't want to eat anything there, did you at least eat before you went so you wouldn't feel hungry?

Anyhow, what's done is done. You're next meal should be Atkins.

      Okay, so move on.

Stick to plan ... what's done is done. And you now know why eating crap makes you feel like crap.

I'm sorry, but it now in the past, history...just take the learnings and move on, make sure you are prepared with some nice legal snacks for outings.

          Start from here

We all learn from our mistakes!!! It sounds like this was a big lesson for you. The important thing is that you're back on track....now it's up to you to stay there.
