Re: Breath smell help
Congratulations on those 10 pounds lost already
That is 25% of your total hoped-for loss
DR Atkins suggested chewing parsley to counteract the 'keto-breath', which he thought of as a 'sweetish' smell rather than a rotten dog
As you climb the carbohydrate ladder you will probably find the smell gets less.
So maybe that is a good reason to move to the main weight loss phase of Atkins now and start to add carbs in the order suggested so as you continue to lose weight you will find out how many carbs you can eat while losing
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Re: Breath smell help
keto breath doesn't smell like rotten dog. what you are smelling is your body off gasing the volitle oils in your food and the excess nitrogen from too much portein in your diet.
Drink more water and check yor protein intake in fitday and see how high you are eaitng yours.
Congrats on the great start you have made working your atkins.by the book atkinseer
