  • i almost blew it

    last night was a tough night.
    tom is just around the corner and last night all i could think about was biscuits...i come sooooo close to quiting and diving into some biscuits..the temptation was so strong..it felt like i had a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other.

    im glad to say the angel won and i resisted temptation
    i feel really proud of myself today
    it could have been so different and today i could have been feeling worthless.


    hurry up tom ..... i always have big weight loss after tom.

    sooo im still here and still going strong.

    todays breakfast was 3 hardboiled eggs mashed with 1/2 tsp curry powder bit of butter and a dollop of mayo ....made me feel a bit sick but eggs stop me feeling hunger.

      Good job Lisa And now you can look back and say "I did it last time, I can do it this time" the next time you're tempted, right?

        Excellent work. Temptation is the hardest part of any new dietary regimen, and you overcame that obstacle. Well done.

          It gets easier the more times you resist
