Hi All,
I know there's probably been numerous discussions about this somewhere... but I was wondering how much cauliflower mash I can eat on Induction?
I know the recipe says to take one head of cauliflower and follow the recipe and it will give so many servings... but I've noticed that one head of cauliflower is a different size depending which country you go to. I've noticed that many veggies in Australia are much bigger than those sold in the US or Europe because they are overgrown.
So can someone tell me how much ie how much of a cup of the cooked product ie after you've added the butter, cream etc, is allowed on Induction? and how many grams of carbs that portion would be?
Or better still, how many cups of the raw cauliflower do I combine with the the ingredients to get one serving (coz that way I can just multiply to get more)?
