Ok i made some vegetable soup but used some seasoning I picked up at the store for crockpots soups. I guess you could call me lazy. In my soup I have beef, and induction veggies. The seasoning has modified corn starch. Should I just skip it or eat some? Will it hurt me really bad? What if I just eat the veggies and meat? My hubby can't eat it all by himself. I just need a good veggie beef soup recp

Re: I used something I should have not
One way to thicken soups is to sautéé some celery and/or onions in butter till soft and make it into a puréé which will help thicken the liquid. Or puréé some cooked cauliflower and add that.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I would eat it. It's not going to hurt you if you keep moving forward.
We have all eaten (and will eat) something we didn't expect.
Learn from this that buying "mixes" isn't something you want to do again.
