I am having a very hard time eating. I do this everytime I low carb. My appetite will pick back up but until it does is it ok to replace 2 meals with eggnog shakes and only have one meal that includes the required veggies?
I know it's best to spread out your veggies a little but is it required. Would it be against plan to do something like an eggnog shake for breakfast, "salad" veggies and maybe some meat for lunch and an eggnog shake for dinner?
I'm not finding a definite yes or no in the book. Would this work short term until I get hungry again? If not I guess I'll keep forcing myself to eat. For my shakes I use:
2 eggs
1tbsp cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 packet splenda (sometimes, other times I don't use any)
Pumpkin spice or sometimes 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
Ice
BTW I bought a Ninja drink maker today. It is awesome, gets the ice down to a shaved slushy consistancy. Yummy
