Ok I added avocado yesterday to 2 of my meals and today my weight is up a little. Did I add too much or could it be just regular weight fluctuations?

Re: Avocado
Did you add more than 1/2?
Likely it's just a normal weight fluctuation. What we eat today isn't always what appears on the scale tomorrow."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Avocado
So it is probably too early to say that the avocado is to blame. We do fluctuate a bit (especially us ladies) so it could be other things. But I would keep an eye on it. Some of us are sensitive to this or that. You can have half a small avocado a day. It is a healthy thing generally - rich in nutrients but still fatty. Good Atkins item.

Re: Avocado
Avocado is the perfect low-carb food: high in good fat, low in carb and protein. So you will not produce insulin... But they are HIGH in fibers... which can certainly explain the change in weight as these fibers will also retain some water in the bowel... So the weight should be back to normal in the coming days. Nothing to worry about.Kiko
