According to fitday 1/2 a californian avocado has 546 mg of potassium

That's weird - I am looking at the entry for Avocados, raw, California in my fitdaypc and for 0.5 fruit without seed and skin it lists 548.
However I just checked with the USDA database and it seems this is one case where fitday has it wrong, as the USDA does list 345 for potassium.
Maybe the online version is more up to date as mine is an older version!
