Hi everyone.
I've been on induction for like 3(ish) weeks.
I've lost about 14 lbs so far.
I still have 30.5 lbs to lose.
Also, my stomach fat has not really changed
despite all the time I am spending at the gym. I fast paced walk and jog almost every day. When I'm at school I park REALLY far away just for the extra few steps lol.
How long should I stay on induction? I'm not entirely sure.
Also, what can I do to lose this belly fat
