Ok so it's my second day on the induction phase and I'm a little confused to what exactly is 20net grams. What can I have that woud equal that and does that mean 20grams of veggies?? Im so confused please help!
On day 1 i had:
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, ham and onions and decaf tea
lunch: london broil
snack: 1/3 a fiber bar
dinner: stewed fish - with 3 tablespoons of curried coconut milk and steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Is that good???
