  • 14 days tomorrow

Hi, :wave after 7 days I lost 7lb tomorrow is the 14th day for me and I don't feel like I have lost anymore weight. I have just had a baby :joy (She is 15 weeks old now) and find it hard to fit regular mealtimes in. Am I allowed to graze through the day on induction foods? :confused

    Absolutely!

Absolutely! Make sure you don't go 6 hrs w/out eating something. You may also make severl meals all at once, when you have the time, and freeze them for future meal times. Happy :joy low-carbing

Yes, it's OK to split your meals in to 6 smaller portions. I tend to graze
all day as it suits my system better.

There's nothing wrong with grazing, but I would recommend portioning out your food at the beginning of the day so you know how much you have grazed on for the day. Or find another way of tracking everything you are grazing on. If you are just randomly grazing, you may be getting more veggies and carbs than you realize.

          Thanks for your help

Thanks for your help I will try and get stuff ready in the mornings. I usually have a breakfast but sometimes nearer dinner time as it takes so long with the baby. I will probably eat nuts and cheese though untill I get the breakfast. I usually have an evening meal but usually after 9pm. I eat cheese, ham, lettuce nuts and sometimes veg with melted cheese. I do take supplements too and drink as much water as possible. I hope this is enough? :raving

I'm sorry, but nuts are not allowed in induction.

                    sol,
Don't worry about the nuts. What's done is done. Luckily you had a good loss in your first two weeks. Just move on with the knowledge that nuts don't come in until rung 3 in OWL. To make things easier on yourself I suggest reading DANDR book.
