can some one help me,, i have lost 51 lbs in the past 7 weeks,, i am able to work out a couple times per week with 30 min on treadmill and about 30 min on stationary bike.. i also shoot basketball,, i have went from a starting weight of 372 down to 320 but for the past 6 days i have not lost a pound or gained anything. i follow the 14 day phase without fail. i do eat a small salad with only hardboiled egg and bacon a little of cottage cheese. once a week. what can i do or does anyone have any advice you can give me...

I need to move this out of introduction. Are you still eating induction levels? If so I can move it to extened.
51 lbs is great WOW. It is very normal to have a pause and it is amazing that this is the first pause you are seeing. Just keep being healthy. Eat plenty of veggies, exercise and drink your water.

All of us experience times when our losses seem to hesitate after being speedy, so you are not alone.
If you think some things in your menu could be wong then you can start a new thread in our 'Review my menu' forum so people can look for any possible problems.

Cottage cheese isn't allowed on Induction.
You should have more than a "small" salad.
What version of the book are you reading?
You shouldn't still be on Induction, either.J.

Maybe increase your water or activity a little? 51 pounds in 7 weeks--WOW! I WISH!
I'm guessing your body is adjusting, and as such it might be time to tweak the workout perhaps? After 7 weeks and 51 lbs, I'll bet your body is ready for it.

am i allowed to eat green beans? i have planed to stay on the intro 14 days for the whole time,, i have not ate any vegs yet,, i see know that i need to start.. i thought i would try cucumbers is there a limit for veg? can i do any kind of fruit>?

Yes, please do read the links that Mary (Mission to lose) listed, they will help you soooo much
BTW though you will not see the words 'green beans' on either of the vegetable lists they are allowed because another name for them is 'string or wax beans' which are mentioned on the list of veggies you can have up to one cup of.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
