ty so much for the reply,, also i have been eating mayoanse hellmans but it does have sugar listed about the 6 - 7 ingredant.. is this also ok.. i can't find any without sugar

many folk use that mayo. DUKE'S is the only sugar free commercial mayo.

how is your weight loss hesitation going now? have you shed any more inches or pounds?

ty i'll look for that brand.. are you from the usa,, if so what store do you find it at.. i have now lost 65 lbs in the past 10 weeks.. i started 10 weeks ago at 371 and now after 10 weeks i am 306,, don't want to look back now...

That's not true. Trader Joe's house brand is sugar free.

Duke's is only sold in the south ... though you can mail order it.

traderJoe's has very limited availability outside CA
DUkes is in 22 states now in places like walmart national grocery stores and can be found here for the nearest location to you.

trader joes is a store brand not a commerical brand

Guess it depends on how you define "commercial".

Since I can buy Trader Joe's in a store, I consider it a "commercial" product.

see if you can find a definition for commercial brand name which would help you understand the difference between commerically availible brand and a store brand.
you buy it in a trader joe's grocery store and you can't buy it at another store making it a store brand specific to that store.

commercial brands are not store specific and are availible at locations not owned by the company
