Re: wgt loss ??
The great thing about Atkins is the variety of acceptable foods, even on Induction. You can mix up just about any combination of the many allowed vegetables, try new recipes featuring your favorites, or just make a promise to yourself to try one new recipe a day. There are so many ways to change things up.
If you're having frequent headaches, your sodium might be a tad low. Try a cup of broth (with no carbs or only one carb) and see if that helps.

Then you should be on OWL ... not Induction.
You should be on pre-maintenance with 5-10 pounds until "goal", so you should really start moving up the OWL carb ladder.J.

Great progress, Ami
As Atkinsgal suggested with about 20 pounds left to lose, as well as you feeling a little bored with your menus, the time is right for you to start up the OWL carbohydrate ladder and expand your food choices while trying to discover your CCLL.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
