Ok I had lost 16lbs on the original 14day induction, and was so happy with results i opted to extend it a little while longer...
its been almost a weeek. i hit 193 at my lowest, and now im going back up !!! What is going on?!?!
I normally eat eggs for breakfast with tea.
some veggies for snack
salad with chicken for lunch
veggies & cheese for snack.
some sort of meat with veggies/salad for dinner.
snack.
LOTS OF WATER> still hovering around 20g/day... im so depressed now. I even excercise daily.
