Re: Aloe??
What are the ingredients, other than aloe?
Aloe, as you know, is not on the Acceptable Foods List. Now... this wouldn't stop me from taking those pills if aloe was the only non-Induction ingredient in them. But if you're simply looking for a fiber supplement, Dr. Atkins recommended flax meal, psyllium husks or wheat bran."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Aloe??
The pills only have aloe in them nothing else. I tried everything else dr atkins recommended but I'm extremely irregular and I'm eating the proper amount of fiber and drinking more than the recommended amount of water I don't drink anything else and I don't do artificial sugar
so the dr says I'm just a little different and the aloe pills should work but I don't want to take them if aloe isn't allowed. Is it allowed in owl? Or just not allowed at all?

Re: Aloe??
If your doctor said you should take those pills, take them. They won't affect your weight loss unless you have an intolerance to aloe... and that would be the case whether you're on Induction or OWL. Besides, the amount of aloe in them must be tiny."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: Aloe??
aloe is a gastic irritant so it whould evoke some fluids and mucus production in your intestines to assit you in moving things along. Unless it is sugared it shouldn't harm your Atkins ketosisby the book atkinseer
