    Okay, I need to check with attitude. My need to lose weight is getting in the way of my ultimate goal of getting healthier. Previously I had wanted to weigh 155 by 3/28. I realize this is an impossible goal to set for myself. If I exercise and continue with the Induction Phase it might just happen but I shouldn't strive to be a certain weight by a certain day. I need to go with the flow and just relax and do what I need to do. The weight will come off when it gets ready. I have decided to take my scale out to the the garage or down the basement, anywhere, just so I will not be tempted to weigh myself. From now on I will gage my success on how my clothes fit,how I look in the mirror and how I feel, not on what scale says.

    Good for you.
    I think I certainly matured a bit on my journey too. First it was just to see if it works and then it became about losing fast but yeah gradually I found the other things I like too. Like getting to like my body no matter what it does and does not do.

    Since you do not have that much to lose at some point you should consider moving up to OWL too and get more healthy veggies in.
