Okay, I need to check with attitude. My need to lose weight is getting in the way of my ultimate goal of getting healthier. Previously I had wanted to weigh 155 by 3/28. I realize this is an impossible goal to set for myself. If I exercise and continue with the Induction Phase it might just happen but I shouldn't strive to be a certain weight by a certain day. I need to go with the flow and just relax and do what I need to do. The weight will come off when it gets ready. I have decided to take my scale out to the the garage or down the basement, anywhere, just so I will not be tempted to weigh myself. From now on I will gage my success on how my clothes fit,how I look in the mirror and how I feel, not on what scale says.
