    everyone hangin in there? I can definitely say I was on the edge of dehydration. We need so much more than we allow ourselves.

    I am drinking so much water these days. Yesterday I quit counting after a gallon. For all of you who don't drink all of your water, dehydration will make you retain water! When I drink a ton of water the wooshie fairy comes more often :icondance

      Thanks for this Slimming, its a good reminder for us all. I have this 33 ounce bottle that I refill during the day 4 times. Well, I think I will have to drink more. Do anyone know if we should drink additional to the gallon if we're exercising more? Thanks.

        it's easy to get all your water in when you hit the gym or do something physical everyday.

          yay for water!! I love water so much now! I often wonder if its possible to drink TOO MUCH water.. meh.. I'll stick with my daily quantity of 100-140 oz of cool clear tasty water

            The rule of thumb for the water is 64 oz. plus 8 oz per every 25 pounds you want to lose.

              I drink gosh about 10 - 16oz glasses at work a day. I keep our water cooler busy. THe Ozarka guy has had to up our delivery too....hehehe. On the weekends i feel as if i drink as much but the scale doesnt seem like it. I usually gain about 2 - 4 lbs on weekend and then it wooshes off in about 2 days after the new week. WIERD!!!

                I did drink too much at a certain point though, so yah it is possible to do that.
                I had these weird headaches and felt kinda dizzy sometimes, then a friend told me you can drink too much, so I lowered my intake and yah, I felt waaaaaaay better then, seemed I was washing out minerals and that made me feel weak, now I stick to my required intake, with a little on top and I am doing fine.

                  wait, It is possible? I didn't know that.. dang.. I dont really want to cut down on my water intake cuz I actually like drinking it.. but if i'm losing precious minerals and vitamins... dang!

                    I think from what I have read that you have to drink a whole lot of water before it is too much.. However, it is bad to drink too much at one time. Like if you tried to gulp a half a gallon at a time.. But spread out throughout the day, you should be fine.

                        yeah I spread it throughout the day.. so i spose its ok then... plus I'm a big girl - 5'10 - 205 I'm hoping that 100-140 fl oz isn't to much... according to the 64 + 8 thing though I should be drinking at least 72 oz per water.. so wow I drink almost double that.. hrm..
