    Calories per Pound

    I decided to make this post for everyone who is unhappy with the amount of weight they've lost!!!

    Take the # of lbs you've lost so far and multiply that # my 3,500.
    For those that don't know it takes a 3,500 calorie loss to lose 1lb.

    My total is 220,500 calories lost! :joy

    I did mine and so far I have used up 203,000 I have lost 58 lbs YAY

    191lbs 09-04-19
    189lbs 09-05-04 (only 4 lbs to go to 1st goal WHOOT)
    176lbs 09-08-27 (11 lbs to 165)

        This thread

        I thought this thread would be more encouraging to some than the scale numbers :yes. It lets you see that BIG number and makes you want to see more.

        Plus it just amazes me to think that I've lost so many calories :joy :icondance

        Good job ladies-kick those calories in the butt!

            What a snazzy idea!

            Mine comes out to 374,500 calories lost since beginning Atkins.

                              I got 581,00 cals from the shed pounds

                              well if you want an even bigger number remember not only have we shed that potential energy stored as fat pounds but we have also burned up all those cals we ate too if you multipy your fitday average cals by the number of days you have been doing Atkins and add that to your shed cals the number is astromonical :yikes :yikes :yikes
