Haven't stayed in touch for awhile thought I'd drop a line. I'am currently at 40 pounds lost but only seem to be averaging about 3 pounds off a month. Seems very slow rate but it is still losing and I try not to get discouraged. Have tried mixing up my foods but that doesn't seem to work. Have started light wxercise and hope to see some results with that. Should I try a boot camp what's your opinions?
