Wondering if there was anyway to tweak my diet to increase weight loss... I lift weights and playbasketball... I only eat turkey, scrambled eggs, sardines, mayo, and water... I probably consume around 1400 calories a day... I'm losing a little over 12-14lbs every 4 weeks

Wit such a small variety of foods you are probably missing out on some nutrients.
Do you log your food intake into any of the programmes that can tell you which nutrients your diet is lacking in?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
