Well, I was doing REALLY good until about last Friday. Pound started coming on, cravings, I caved a bit... I had added blueberries in the morning, and 1 oz of nuts during the day. Today I'm going back to full Induction for the week to getthings under control... and try to see where I am messing up with adding the foods... if anyone has any ideas, I'd be happy to hear them.

just remove the added foods and see if your cravings go away before you return to incution unless you are out of ketosis. then you do it until you return to ketosis and move back to where you were in OWL. did you eat those berries with some fat? Dr Atkins warns us to always do that in DANDR CHAPTER 14by the book atkinseer
