  • Down 15 - 25 to Go - Changes?

    Tomorrow will be 3 weeks on induction and I've lost 15 pounds to date. My goal is an additional 25 pound weight loss. I'm doing very well on the induction phase and was wondering whats BEST to continue towards my goals.

    Remain on indiction or proceed to OWL programs. I'm about to launch into some extended business travel in Asia and the Middle East and am going to stay with induction program for those two weeks as best I can given certain locations.

    Any suggestions? I hope to hit my first mini-goal (199) in the next couple of days!




    Start weight: 215 (3/22/10)
    Mini-Goal: 199 (4/12/10 - Personal)
    Mini-Goal: 185
    Goal: 175

    Moving to OWL.

    You need to be on pre-maintenance with 5-10 pounds until "goal", so you need the time on OWL.

    OWL would give you more food choices.

    Make sure you read Chapter 19 in your DANDR ... Eating in the Real World.

      move to OWL so you can enjoy more of those yummy induction veggies during your travels.
