  • Milk?

    I am DIEING for a glass of skim milk......a BIG glass of ice cold skim milk. I haven't moved through the rungs of atkins yet and I'm afraid I'm going to gain if I have a glass of this. Do you think it could happen? I'm so obsessed with the thought of milk....it's just weird.

    8 ounces of milk has 12-15 net carbs. Skim milk has more carbs than whole milk.

    If you want dairy products, besides cheese, cream and butter, move onto OWL, where you can add more than milk to your diet.

      I agree, if you really want it, move through the OWL rungs ang get to dairy.. Then you can have yogurt, or maybe some carb countdown milk..

        You could try mixing a little cream (no more than 3 TBSP) with cold milk, Skim milk is cow liquid with the cream skimmed off, it would be worth a try!
