  • Day 21 and in a rut

    Hi All,
Well, have made it to Day 21 I have not cheated food wise but have still not been as disciplined about exercise as I should. I only got out 3 days this week. My weight has also fluctuated around 157-164 all week so today I went out and bought a new scale that also tells you your BMI and water percentage. I know it isn't perfectly acurate but it is a nice guide. It shows I'm at 160 and a gross 36% BMI. Going thru that TOM so am hoping next week I'll see a more positive outcome. I will continue on Induction another week and may adjust my cheese intake to see if that helps.
This afternoon I plan on going over to the local health club and checking it out. Maybe if I'm paying money to exercise I'll get off my arse and move my butt more.

Just know that it is normal for your body to want to take a break after the initial 14 day induction phase. Wait a week or so and weigh again. You may be surprised by the results. have you been measuring? You may be putting on muscle mass and therefore you are not losing weight but inches are better anyway. Also remember that weightloss is not linear. Read the sticky in the induction forum if you have not already read it. If you have, read it again. Everytime I get bummed out because I am not losing the way I think I should I read that sticky and it helps me to bide my time.
