The excercise seems great to me.. but you need to tweak your menu a bit

ADD MORE VEGGIES!! You're alotted 3 cups per day, you will want them! Either 3 cups salad veggie or 2 cup salad 1 cup other acceptable veggie.

Without variety in your diet you will get bored and thats bad.

If you haven't already, purchase and read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 edition. This is the key to this way of life. It will teach you WHY this way of eating works, and HOW it works, and HOW to do it. Without this guide, or users manuel YOU WILL FAIL GUARANTEED.

oh, and you can have more than the one egg... what is really tasty is to sautee some mushrooms, and then scramble eggs with them.. so so tasty

WATER WATER WATER WATER WATER!! MUST HAVE! NO EXCUSES! At least 64 oz + 8 oz for every 25 lbs you want to lose.

    1st pic Pre restarting atkins @ 217 lbs. 2nd pic 20 lbs lighter @ 197 lbs! on 3/1/08

Okay, this is JUST me. I think it's good to plan as well as have a plan. But don't be so stringent with yourself that you can't break away from your plan if say, you don't feel like fish or bacon or whatever that day.

The other night, I was so saladed-out, I just couldn't eat another salad to save my life. So I just ate something else, you know? Otherwise it sounds good.

As you got bored the last time and gave up it might be a better idea to do the 14 days on induction then start moving up the OWL ladder and add more veggies then dairy then nuts/seeds then fruit etc so you can vary your menu and not risk boredom.
You don't stop losing weight on OWL - in fact one of the mods got up to 100 carbs and was still losing weight while enjoying a lot of variety in her eating. :yikes
But if you do decide to stay on extended induction make sure you review that decision every week or so and answer the questions in DANDR Chapter 13 to make sure you really do feel happy staying on induction and won't drop off the Atkins train.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Hi there. I'm impressed by your determination. I agree with what has been posted. I'm a little concerned about your exercise plan. It's awesome that you're active, but your body needs to rest and allow muscles to regenerate. Personally, I think running every day is not a great idea. Perhaps run every other day and do some strength training in between. Again, just my opinion.
