    Well, i have lost 8lbs on induction and am needless to say over the moon. I have another 22 to lose before i reach my goal of 135lbs, although I would ideally like to get back to post pregnacy weight of 125, just wanted to be realistic to start with. Am I doing the right thing by going onto extended induction or should i move onto OWL?

    I have read the book and think i should probably move onto OWL, just wanted to get some more advice from those of you that have been here.

    Goal 2 - 10lbs - met 05/02/10
    Goal 3 - 15lbs
    Goal 4 - 20lbs
    Goal 5 - 25lbs
    Goal 6 - YAY 30lbs lost!!!

    I agree with your thoughts that moving to OWL is probably your best option
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          i moved onto OWL last tuesday and have gained 2lbs plus a few inches. I got my monthly visitor yesterday so that could be the problem. Not sure what to do now though, do i continue to move up the rungs, go back to extended indution or stay where I am for another week ???? help...

            I would stay where you are until after your period.

            Then you can assess whether you've explored OWL Rung 1 enough and whether you should move to dairy.
