Well, i have lost 8lbs on induction and am needless to say over the moon. I have another 22 to lose before i reach my goal of 135lbs, although I would ideally like to get back to post pregnacy weight of 125, just wanted to be realistic to start with. Am I doing the right thing by going onto extended induction or should i move onto OWL?
I have read the book and think i should probably move onto OWL, just wanted to get some more advice from those of you that have been here.
