  • Frustrated !!!!

Yesturday was my last day of induction and I have decided to go to extended induction. I am Thrilled with my results... I have lost 10 lbs. but I want to loose 68 more.

My frustration comes from the amount of calories I consume a day. I have logged everything into Fitday and my fat vs protein is pretty good everyday. roughly.. 65/30. I am eating my veggies and trying to get into the 12-15 carbs.

I eat alot of chicken, tuna, and eggs. but my calories are really low, I barley hit 1200 aday. I cook in butter and olive oil, I use mayo and ocasionally use sour cream.
I dont dont feel hungry. and I eat 3 smaller meals and 2 snacks a day.
I need to know the best way to bump up my calories without going over my carbs.. What is high in calories with low carbs?

    What about some avocado?

You can also add butter on cooked vegetables or on meat.

Or have some cheese... or choose fattier meats.

      Macadamias.

Of course, you'll have to move to OWL, but that's a good idea anyway.

        Thank you for the response.
Yes I like avacado's.. I think all also add more beef.
Also I wasnt sure about moving to OWL because I still have 68 lbs to lose.

          What does OWL stand for?

          Ongoing Weight Loss.

Induction is about getting your body ready to lose, it's not about losing your weight.

If you don't do OWL, you can't get to maintenance.

          Read chapters 12 and 13!
