  • Rev Rolls?

    Question for you all....especially those who are long time Atkins followers, are rev rolls allowed on induction?

    For those who don't know what they are, they are made of eggs, 1 packet spelnda, sour cream or cream cheese, and I put in cinnamon.

    Yes they are allowed.
    Pay attention to your sweetener limit, cheese limit and sour cream limit and you are good.

      You don't need the Splenda. I'd just go with the cream cheese and eggs and keep things simple.

        I made my last batch with onion powder and helman's mayonaise.

        Sodium 90mg

        Carbohydrates (unlisted on "Real Mayonaise") probably safe to say it's close to zero.

              Hellmans 'real mayonnaise' in UK has 0.2 carbs per level tablespoon
