  • Hey there, down but not out

    Hi, I have a thread in the induction forum, however I am now with you guys. I lost 6 pounds the first week then gained 1.2 the second. I was down, because I was really really good. However I did not work out, and because of that I got back on the bike and just did 25 miles in 1:40 minutes against the wind ith hills.

    My a$$ is sore, but I feel great! I never thought I could do that, I owe it all to this new energy I am feeling!
    Im 5'6" and a 1/4

    Weigh 263 since tue april 20th 2010

    week 1- 257.6
    week 2 - 258.8

    Ultimate goal I can say 160ish but I dont even know if my body would allow that!

      Great progress

      And good for you to get exercising too!
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
