I started the Atkins woe on 4/20/10. (30 days ago). I've lost 16.5 pounds (none in the last 4 days)
...but I'm still following the plan as I'm sure it will keep coming off. I'm drinking PLENTY of water, but for a while I was forgetting to eat. I didnt realize that I hadnt eaten untill about 3pm, so I wasnt getting enough carbs or calories. I now make it a point to eat breakfast EVERY morning, lunch and dinner. I think that was the reason I didnt loose as much. My question is, is it okay to take these vitamins
1. Acai (anti oxidents)
2. Fish oil (omega 3)
3. Benefiber pills (to help with regularity)
4. Womens one a day vitamins
5. flaxseed oil
Are these good ones to take while on Atkins?? And also I'm wondering about the "Jillian Micheals" whey protien drink. It has 3 grams of dietary fiber, 3 grams sugar per serving. (and 15 grams of protien).
My ketone strips are at the darkest purple, I thought this was a great thing, but people are saying they are not reliable??
