Re-check your copy of the DANDR 2002. It says that aged cheeses are okay.

Blue cheese has more carbs than other cheeses like chedder. My bag says 1 oz has 90 calories 7g fat 4g carbs.

I am stalled right now. I don't eat it alot of blue cheese so I'm not sure if it is all cheeses or possibly the splenda I have had in mock danishes.

                Cheese
You can consume three to four ounces daily of the following full-fat, firm, soft and semi-soft aged cheeses*, including:

                cheddar
                cow, sheep and goat cheese
                cream cheese
                Gouda
                mozzarella
                Roquefort and other blue cheeses
                Swiss

If the pack lists only cheese on the ingredients or if any extra ingredients ARE on the acceptable list it should be OK - but it may have starch or other added things that are not on the list - so do check it for yourself.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
