    going real good. I'd be lying if I said that every day was smooth sailing. Some nites after dinner i was well satisfied, other nites i was not. I didn't let my destructive thoughts overrule my goals. I allow myself some protein round 9:30 pm or so...that alone makes it easier to put the fork down..guzzle a quart of h20 over what i ate and all is altight.

    my fave omelette.

    3 eggs
    2 slices turkey or ham
    1 oz cream cheese
    2 tbs water
    your spices

    put eggs in shaker...add 2 tbs water....shake it up baby. sizzle some butter in a skillet.....cook eggs on one side slowly, check bottom at times. just before it's ready to be flipped over...flatten crm chz into a disk, place turkey or ham on top....followed by crm chz....fold over and cook 1 minute or so.

    survey says=UMMMMMMMMMM.

    I have never tried cream cheese in an omlet. Will have to try that!

    Good job on not giving in to your cravings. Evenings are hard for me too as evenings are the only time I have to sit down usually. Air popped popcorn is my biggest craving lately! :joy

      That recipe sounds awesome. Isn't it a great feeling to have control over what you eat rather then the other way 'round? Good for you!
