    Kumquats?

I got a magazine the other day that is low carb and in it was stated that kumquats were 2 net carbs for 1 cup? I looked online and didnt see that in the guides. Anybody know if they are or not?

    Thanks!

I looked it up and found that a one ounce serving has 3 grams of carbs, 1.2 grams of fibre. (13 calories, 0.2 grams of fat, 0.4 grams of proein, 1.9mg sodium and 1.8g of sugar).

Ooh, have to edit...not for induction. It would be well up the OWL rung.

Well that means I cant have that then! Makes me mad that a low carb magazine would have it listed that way. Oh well. Sounded good at the time!

      Thanks!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
