    ive done it

    hello :wave all you extenders im now on day 15 been in ketosis since day 3 and feeling great.I dont no how much i lost as i didnt weigh at the start as i have a thing about scales but i can feel its quite a bit and my belly is starting to mutate and shrink a bit like its melting :yikes .im in the middle of tom at the moment so i hope it shrinks a bit more soon after. :joy
