Wow!! Congrats!! May I ask a couple of questions?? Obviously, you're on extended induction, but can you give us a menu of what you eat in a typical day? How many pounds did you lose for each of your 3 months?Also, what kind of exercise are you doing and for how long?

On non-tae-bo days- treadmill 1 mile, stationery bike 3-5 miles, elliptical 1 mile, 150-250 crunches (Normally 1-11/2 hr.)
Arm workout with 5lb dumbells every night before bed.
I make sure I make sure I do something every single day!
Menu Example
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs--butter veg oil blend 1 tblspn
1- 4 oz beef patty--grilled Foreman
or
2 egg omlette--butter veg oil blend 1 tblspn
.5 c mushrooms
1 slice medium onion
.25 c shredded cheese
20 oz of water
atkins basic 3-supplement
Lunch:
1.5c lettuce
.25c tomatoe diced
1 tblspn mayo
grilled, fried, or boiled chicken breast--or any type of meat
20 oz of water
atkins basic 3-supplement
dinner:
1c spinach-buttered 1 tblspn
1 salmon fillet grilled
40 oz of water
atkins basic 3-supplement
another 20 oz of water during my workout, and another 20oz after the workout.
120oz of water each day!
I do not eat after 7pm, my last 40 oz of water for the day keep me satisfied.
Weight loss time frame:
Jan 14-Feb 14: 26 lbs lost
Holy crap, how did you do it? ensive lol j/k Congratulations, I'm very proud of you!! It's amazing how once you get once into it, the weight just melts away.
