I can't find any mayo with no sugar whatsoever. The bottle says only 2g carbs per 100g but it does have sugar in the ingredients list. I'm not sure whether I can have it or not. Same thing with bacon, they seem to put sugar into everything. I had to search through 3 stores just to find a place that sells salmon with no sugar. :raving :confused

Yes it is difficult sometimes to find things made without sugar. You can make your own mayo without sugar and I hear it's pretty good. Some bacon does come without sugar but you may have to search hard for it. Watch out for bacon and other high sodium foods as they will make you retain water.[/i]

It's tricky, isn't it? I have heard of a brand of mayo with no sugar, but I've never seen it, so I don't even recall the name. Nonetheless, you can make your own mayonnaise at home in the amounts you need, or just buy mayo, and calculate the actual carb amounts in fitday. Keep in mind that a tablespoon is still a serving because of the trace carb amounts.
