    I know this probably isnt the right forum for this, but i wanted to share my new favorite snack.

    Ingredients:

    8-10 eggs
    1-2 cups chopped SPINICH (i use the frozen kind)
    1 cup chopped ONION
    1-2 cups cooked / crublmbled BACON
    Cheese
    salt
    pepper
    garlic

    Mix all ingredients together then pour into muffin tins. Bake at about 350 for about 20 minutes, then check, add cheese to top once done all the way through and put back into oven until cheese is melted....

    They are like little quiche cups


    mmmmmmmmm

    I also make it with different variations, like ham & mushroom, etc..

    They are great , cause i will make a big batch of them and then i can just grab a few on my way out the door before work. They are even good cold.

        oh my gosh! that sounds great, and so easy! I really like to cook but don't have much time in the mornings. Yay for posting this!
