    HI EVERYONE....IM GONNA TELL U MY IDEA

    im 16 female
    i weight 225


    and i wanna lose 70 pounds in 3 months its hard...but im palnning to stay on induction for 5 months

                              Hey Kiddi-o :wave You can do it!!! Have faith in yourself and believe, but most of all pray!!! Like dream said whatever you lose by 3 months, oh my please believe that you will feel sooooo much better than before. My suggestion to you is to keep your induction squeeky clean, drink plenty and I mean plenty of water, exercise, and come here Good Luck!!
