I had a wonderful birthday dinner. My husband made me prime rib, bacon wrapped shrimp, steamed cauliflower with butter, bacon bits, sour cream and chives. Spinach salad, and for dessert we had Atkins cheesecake that he bought at a bakery. It was sooooooooo good.

BTW did he get an Atkins cheese cake fro Atkins Nutritions or did he get one form thast Atkins Bakery in the midwest. I ask cause that bakery cheese cake is the one at Ruby Tuesdays and it has a blends sweetner in it that might give you troubles. If it didn't then enjoy it.by the book atkinseer

He bought the cheesecake at a place by us called the Bagel Cafe Express (Las Vegas). The sign said Atkins style cheesecake. He didn't ask the ingredients, but I do have to say it was delicious.Restarted Atkins 5/1/06
