I suddenly feel like the energizer bunny...I keep going and going. Yesterday, I did two hours of exercise and I was mopping my kitchen & bathroom floors at 10:00 last night! Today, I have walked 2 miles, done some gardening and now I'm cleaning the rest of my house. I hope this last. For those of you just starting extended induction, I want you to know that I have gone through periods where I could hardly get off the couch, so just hang in there, you will get your energy back. The really neat thing is that I have Multiple Sclerosis, I'm in remission right now but a lot of the ladies in my MS support group are doing Atkins and it seems to help with the symptoms. One gal that has really inspired me was in a wheelchair in full blown MS when I met her and probably over 400 pounds, she is now skinner than me and up and running around, she told me the other day she joined Curves. She said she still has MS symptoms sometimes, but she is mostly symptom free.
