    feel real low on energy and then other days i feel fine....other than that i got on a 2x shirt today.....

    how is everyone?

    pic below is this morning..wad of gum in my left cheek.... :guns

    Hey congrats on the 2x shirts -- pretty soon you'll be needing a new wardrobe as everything will be falling off your frame. I just had to buy some L shorts last night to prevent accidentally mooning the Wellness facility with my other much too large shorts. That still is not a sight for eyes or weak stomachs.

        Hey Slimming, First off congrats :joy on slimming down, because I can see that you're handsome (no I'm not trying to hit on you! ) you're gonna be fighting off the ladies!!

        I do understand what you're saying about the low energy. Even though I lost 40lbs. in 40 days on this new WOE, I felt tired, but I just began exercising faithfully like 2 weeks or so ago. I still feel a little uggh, but I do have more energy now I'm exercising. In my personal opinion I think its all of the toxins/bad stuff coming out of us. I try to remember to drink some water mixed with my Psyllium Husks daily to clean me out!

        And Bo, Congrats to you on your new Large shorts :icondance .

          Great job, SO !! I knew you would make great progress!

          As for being low on energy, are youe exercising? I strongly recommend a good cardiovascular workout. Also be sure you are taking your supplements ...

                Just hang in there, the energy is on it's way! Stay away from Frankenfoods, even the Atkins bars and shakes and drink lots and lots of water! I think it takes the body awhile to adjust to burning fat for fuel instead of carbs.

                My brother-in-law has lost 60 pounds, he was standing in the parking lot of a resturant and his pants fell off! It was really funny! He was with me, his wife & two daughters and you know how the ladies are, we are never gonna let him live that down! Good thing he was wearing underwear!
