Ok, I've been on Atkins for a month, and I'm weighing (no pun intended) my options. I'm not tired of the food in any way and pretty comfortable with it. I'm about 28ish pounds to my goal weight. But I've noticed the amount of weight I've lost this week compared to last is really small. So..what should I do? I was thinking of continuing INduction for one more week and then seeing what to do...

If you are comfy with the induction foods for a while longer then stay for a bit :hug
Make sure you read and answer the questions in chapter 13 to help you decide when to move on.
BTW many people have posted here that climbing the OWL ladder has boosted their weightloss :yesWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

those folk that are sucessful at goal and keep the weight of for good are the ones who spend a lot of time practicing the things Dr Atkins teaches us about new foods portioon control blood sugar controls and appetite controls. We don't learn much of this after the 14 days of induction are over so it would be best to move on and start dealing with them in a controlled manner whilke you still have weight to lose and are motivated to lose it.
You are only 18 pounds from when you need to start moving to premaintenance and you have 9 whole rungs of food types to check out. I'd move.
