I like chicken a lot. I Just never have like wings. Probably cause I can't stomach barbecue sauce, either. Too much work for so little meat.

I really like either chicken or a hamburger with bacon and cheese and mushrooms on top. Outbacks, MAD MAX is great. I get it with cheddar adn broccoli on the side instead of potatoes.

Also, some kind of steak with blue cheese butter is excellent. My favorite side is zucchini and squash steamed with butter and parm. or cucumbers with blue cheese!!!

To me Outback is one of my fav. low carb meals.

        Steak,
        salad w/ blue cheese
        steamed veggies

Otherwise I'm also really in a tuna phase right now. Yummy

My favorite is buffalo wings. A close second are bunless turkey burgers with mashed cauliflower with pepperjack.

I found a recipe for Swiss Tuna Melt on the recipes section here and it was soooo good. It is pork rinds with tuna on top covered with cheese. You bake it and me and my daughter loved it!!!!

nuts are really not for extended induction...extended just means we are staying on induction past the 14 days...you can add the nuts in when you move to OWL...

you guys have made me realize i dont eat creatively at all haha! I eat the same things over and over! I need to spice it up! I LOVE grilled chicken seasoned with oil and garlic. My mom makes a great salad. Lettuce, Cucumber, Red Onion, Bacon Bits, Caesar Dressing! Very Good! I like salmon, broccoli, asparagus cooked under the broiler with oil and garlic is perfection! Cook until the tips are crispy, yum!! hmm lol oh yeah, wings.. i cant do haha i just dont like them =( Oh recipie for you guys here hahah i make this when my mom cooks chicken parm and pasta

Dip Chicken Cutlet in egg and then place in parmesan cheese until fully coated. Place on baking sheet and bake until the cheese is golden brown. It comes out a little dry but great tasting to eat alone or in a salad or like i did last time. I added the chicken to spaghetti squash with cream and butter! haha as you can see.. i am 330lbs for a reason haha LOL!
