Sometimes I use the commercially prepared stuff, but I also make my own sauce with vinegar, garlic and chilis, which I think tastes alot better.

I use Louisiana habanero hot sauce. It's the kind that singes off your lips and gives you chest hair.

Pick up a bottle of Franks Original Red-Hot - it was the sauce made famous by Buffalo Wings and the original recipe is still posted on the bottle.

It has zero carbs and zero sugar - plus you can pick it up at most any supermarket.

Louisiana Crystal Hot Sauce for me, grew up on the stuff! I try to get the biggest bottle, or else a small one won't stay around for long.
