Depends...
Sometimes I use the commercially prepared stuff, but I also make my own sauce with vinegar, garlic and chilis, which I think tastes alot better.~Megs~

Pick up a bottle of Franks Original Red-Hot - it was the sauce made famous by Buffalo Wings and the original recipe is still posted on the bottle.
It has zero carbs and zero sugar - plus you can pick it up at most any supermarket.
Daves Gourmet has a line of some the hottest, head spinning sauces on the planet, especially their Insanity sauce (owch!) they have a great website too at www.davesgourmet.com
