  • ITS ABOUT TIME!!!

I have finally moved. Alls I had to do was step up my excersize. I knew I was eating all the right things. I knew I was excersizing. So I for the life of me could not figure out why my body was in such a stall (only for about a month and a half). But I was determined to stick to it and step up the excersize routine and see what happened. To my disbelief, I started losing almost a pound a day in the last 3 days. UNBELIEVABLE!! I am living proof to NEVER give up. I have finally found 100-ville again and absolutely refuse to look at the 200's again. Damn I am a happy camper today.

isn't it great when you're welcome back into the 100's Land? lol. I remember the first time I did Atkins minus the exercise, no weight coming off. Exercising really does make a difference! :yes

            excersize routine

I was excersizing 2-3 times a week at a mild cardio for 30 mins. When I decided to step it up, I went to 4+ times a week at 30 mins. HARD cardio (when I am actually working up a good swet) and also worked into my routine were some weights. I also got up enough courage to start running. Not very fast or far, but I think I can work up to running farther as I continue to get use to it. Trust me when I say that it has been YEARS since this body even thought about running.

Good for you, congratulations! One thing that helped me get into running shape three years ago (the first time I lost weight) was I would (on a treadmill) walk like 2 minutes, then run for like 45 seconds, and alternate for 45 mins to an hour. And soon, I was running for two minutes and walking for 45 seconds. It really did work for me then, I wish I had access to a treadmill now, that is exactly what I would be doing
