Hey all!
I am just curious how when the medical field says it is not safe to lose more than 1-2 pounds/week, your body cannot physically metaolize more fat than that. I am at the end of week 4, and as of this am have lost 26 pounds. I feel great. I know some of you are very technicall and can probably help me here.
